The Second Annual Conference
Date: Saturday January 10, 2009, from 8am to 4:30pm
Location: Harrison High School and the Zalman Center, 2755 Janitell Road, Harrison School District 2, Colorado Springs, Colorado
Fee: $20 for Professionals, waived for parents, foster parents, group home staff, and teens. Fee directly funds scholarships.

Continuing Education Credits
8 hours of CLE will be available for attorneys.
8 contact hours for relicensure for teachers. Submit certificate to the district professional development department.
8 Cornerstone credits are available to employees of DHS and CPAs.
8 hours of training will be credited for foster parents and group home staff.

Q – I’m a professional but also a parent who may be bringing a youth, do I register as a Professional or Adult/Parent?
A – Register as a Professional. Fee goes to scholarships for youth.
Q – Does a registration form need to be filled out for other’s attending with me even if they are an adult or youth and aren’t paying?
A – Yes, every person planning on attending needs to fill out a form.
Q – Should a lunch be brought or will it be provided?
A – Lunch is provided.
Q – Should I mail my check or pay at sign-in?
A – Its preferred that you mail your check with your registration form (all checks should be payable to CASA).
Q – Will there be child care available for those attending who take care of Foster Children?
A – No, there is no child care available through the conference.
